Policies and Consent to Services 

Late Arrival:

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals.   Please arrive early to your scheduled appointment time.

Financial Policy:

Full payment is due at time of service (unless prior arrangements have been made). If on a payment plan: payment is due before each session/ or 1st of the month / week depending on your plan.  Please note that we do Not accept insurance and you are solely responsible for making payments. 

You will be charged a $35 fee for any declined payments in addition to your full session payment.  A $50 charge will be added to any disputed fees. Unpaid balances may be turned over for collection or reported to the state’s attorney’s office. Understanding this policy is important to our relationship. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions about this policy.	

Client Understands they are strongly encouraged to discuss service plan in session. Gaias Hidden Treasures will also discuss alternative options as well, if and when appropriate.

Cancellation Policy:	

Please help me serve you and others better by keeping your scheduled appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged your full session fee for any missed appointments. The 24-hour cancelation policy allows me to offer the appointment to another individual who needs to be seen.	

Confidentiality:

Federal and State laws protect your confidentiality. We will not share Personal information with any person outside of Gaia's Hidden Treasures LLC without your written permission, except as required by law. Information obtained from minors is not generally shared with parents without permission from the minor, unless under 5.

Limits to Confidentiality:	

Federal regulations do not protect from disclosure of information related to clients’ involvement in a crime against property or person(s). We are required under Florida state law to report suspected abuse of a child, elderly person, or an individual(s) with a disability. We may share limited information in the event of a medical emergency or in the event of a specialized court order signed by a judge. We have the option of breaching confidentiality if you report a specific plan or intent to cause life threatening bodily harm to yourself or another person(s).

Session Length~
Sessions Hourly rates are based on a 50-minute session, 30 min sessions time begins at zoom start or if in person when room is entered. which allows for necessary documentation time. At times, sessions may be slightly longer or shorter to maximize the quality of the session.	

clients Consent to Healing:

I am voluntarily seeking spiritual counseling, Reiki, guided journey meditations, Crystal Rx, Classes or other services provided by Gaia’s Hidden Treasures. I understand that I have rights and responsibilities regarding my participation in any of the services offered, including the right to discontinue sessions at any time. Only only pay for services used or missed appointments (as above & Fees). I understand that these services will be billed as single sessions and the remaining balance, if any, will be returned. 

Most people experience improvement or resolution of their concerns. I understand that Energy work affects everyone differently and there is no exact time frame of what is needed. However energy is universal love and that love will remain and continue to help with positive changes for days, sometimes longer, depending on how you continue to change your life to the changes the energy is creating for you. In other words Gaias Hidden Treasures LLC can open the door, but it's up to you to go through it. 

There are no guarantees and there may be risks. For example, sessions could open up new levels of awareness that could cause “discomfort” until dealt with accordingly, (Many times this mean a good cry to let out the negitivity.) then together we will continue to work on through our sessions with you until resolved.  This includes filling up with positive healing loveing energy when we remove unwanted or un needed energy. We will work together as a team towards your personal goals, and your higher energy vibration.

Once a original energy vibration steps have been completed, most people do continue routine energy “tune ups” on a monthly or bi monthly basis. Until they are ready to take the next step. Becoming recharged and reconnected with spirit is a sure way to keep your energy clear, fine tune your gifts and create the 5D reality many search for.
