But you have the power to change this. You have the power to break down this wall. Take a deep breath and imagine a hammer in your hand. With each inhale, imagine the energy building up inside you. Healing Your Inner Child
As I closed my eyes and let my mind drift back to my childhood, a rush of emotions hit me like a wave crashing onto shore. The memory of being forgotten and neglected by my parents made me feel small and insignificant all over again. I remembered how, as a child, I used to sit in my room and wait for hours for my parents to come home, but they never did. But that was just the tip of the iceberg. The memory of my injury - the time when I fell from my bike and my parents refused to take me to the doctor because they thought it was just a small bruise - still brought a lump to my throat. The pain and fear I felt as a child still resonated deep within me. But now, with the knowledge and wisdom of an adult, I knew it was time to correct the things they did to screw me up. I knew it was time to find that injured child and help them to understand and heal from what had happened. As I traveled back in time, I could see that child - me - sitting alone in my room, crying, and feeling forgotten and unimportant. But I wasn't alone this time. I was there with that child, and I was ready to listen, understand, and heal. Together, we talked about what happened, and I was able to show that child that they were loved, that they were important, and that what happened was not their fault. I apologized for all the things that they had to go through, and I reassured them that things would get better. Slowly but surely, that child started to smile again. The weight of their trauma started to lift, and I could feel the weight lifting from me too. By confronting the pain and trauma of my childhood head-on, I was able to heal the hurt child within me and finally allow myself to succeed in areas that once seemed out of reach. As I opened my eyes and returned to the present, I felt a sense of calm and clarity that I hadn't experienced in years. I knew that my past didn't have to define me, and that I was capable of healing and growing beyond what once seemed impossible. With this newfound perspective, I was ready to face the future with a renewed sense of purpose and strength.

Rekindle your Spirit Roots w/ Gaia
As I close my eyes, I hear a soft whisper. It's as if Mother Earth is calling to me. The breeze is gentle, yet it feels powerful and it stirs up my hair, as if trying to wake me up. I can see in my mind's eye a path, covered in leaves and stones. It is surrounded by towering trees that seem to reach for the heavens. I take a step forward and the path calls to me. It seems like I've always known this way. I let my feet lead me as I follow this unknown trail. As I wander, I notice the colours of nature - greens, yellows, blues and browns. The fresh air is fragrant with the scents of pine and moss, and a cool breeze sends shivers down my spine. As I walk further, I see the mist moving in a subtle dance around the trees. Soon enough, the forest is getting denser and darker. I know I should feel scared but something in my soul urges me on, and so I walk even further. Suddenly, I reach a clearing where the light shines through the trees like gold dust. I hear rustling sounds and I know there's something I should find. And there, in the heart of the clearing, I find what I have been searching for. A white deer with big antlers is waiting for me, a soft and calming light is around her. I am filled with warmth and love just being near her. I feel a deep connection with the spirit of the forest and Mother Earth herself. I sense the deer's gentleness and wisdom as she stares at me with her kind, loving eyes. Mother Earth is asking me to reunite with what I had forgotten, the ancient guardians of the land and the forest. The white deer invites me to connect with her and the rest of the spirit guardians. I close my eyes and feel my roots reaching deep into the ground, where I can feel Mother Gaia's strength fill me up. I embrace this ancient and sacred bond and become a part of it. Now I know I am a protector and caretaker of the land and the forest, I feel it in every cell of my being. Mother Earth is calling me to listen and act accordingly, and now I have answered her call.

I knew I was safe, surrounded by my fellow energy beings, but the unknown can be intimidating. We came upon a planet that was unlike any other. It was inhabited by spirits who had transcended the physical world and reached a new level of existence. These spirits welcomed us with open arms, inviting us to explore the beauty of their planet. We floated down to the surface, feeling weightless as we explored the vast and magnificent landscape. I felt a connection with these beings that was beyond words. It was as if we were all part of a larger consciousness, united in a quest for knowledge and understanding. As the journey came to an end and I returned to my physical body, I felt changed in some indescribable way. Great swirling clouds of cosmic dust and gas that seem to dance and swirl around each other, caught in some celestial ballet. You see stars, too - bright pinpricks of light that twinkle and shine against the endless night. But then, suddenly, you see something that takes your breath away. It's a planet - a world unlike any you've ever seen before. It glows with an ethereal light, its surface seemingly made up of some otherworldly substance that shimmers and changes as you watch. You approach the planet cautiously, your heart pounding with excitement and wonder. As you get closer, you see that there are beings living on this world - strange, otherworldly creatures that seem to move and glide with effortless grace. You realize with a jolt that you are witnessing something truly extraordinary - life in a form that you could never have imagined before. You feel humbled, privileged, to have witnessed this strange and wondrous world, and you make a promise to yourself to always be open to the endless possibilities of the universe.
