Let Your Spirit Shine

You are an amazing Person! You have a light within you that burns like a flame.

Everyone has it, a small flame that flickers within you and when you feed it positivity it grows, and you blossom and shine. The world is yours for the taking. Happiness follows you everywhere you go.

Unfortunately, many people don't feed it, they have been taught to listen to others instead of themselves, sticking a candle snuffer over the flame within you, suffocating the life out of it. Leaving barely enough space so it doesn't die.

People like putting candle snuffers on others because they think it makes them feel good about the snuffer they allowed others to put on them. Have you ever heard the old saying "Misery Loves Company"? Well it's true. People love to keep you in their comfort zone. In their box. When someone sees you climbing out of the box they grab you and pull you back in.

Yet, there is Good news! You don't have to let your flame be snuffed out. You Can let it grow and flourish! It's ok not to think the way your loved ones and peers have told you.

I am here to tell you the time has come, and it IS OKAY to Let Your Spirit Shine! Let your Candle Grow! Follow Your Arrow! Be True To Yourself! Allow the small flame to burn inside you and grow. Remove the candle snuffer others have placed on you. You have no need for it anymore.

You came here to experience new things. Your Spirit is waiting to shine! Allow it to be, allow yourself to become all you were meant to be!

Stop listening to the doubts of others, the belittling words that eco in you head.

I offer a new challenge. A challenge to better yourself. A challenge that if accepted will allow you to remove the candle snuffer form your eternal flame. A challenge that will allow your spirit to grow. A challenge for you to become all that your Spirit was meant to be!

I challenge you to do these 5 things for the next 30 days.

Look into the mirror every morning when you wake up & every night before bed. Say to yourself ~ Out loud is best ~

I Am an amazing beautiful person both inside and out.

I can do anything I set my mind to.

Positivity is a choice and I accept and allow myself to be positive, creative, and let my spirit grow.

I am prepared to succeed in anything I choose to do.
